About Us

The principals at CNC Engineers, an engineering consulting firm, have been offering SCADA, communications, security and software engineering professional services to the water/wastewater agencies throughout the state of California for over 30 years.

 

Our excellent reputation is based on superior results and our ability to earn and maintain mutually beneficial long-term client relationships. Many of the projects we are involved with start with the design of a new SCADA system. At the request of our clients, our involvement has continued throughout the years as agencies upgrade existing and/or add new facilities in their service area and aim to maintain consistency in terms of field instrumentation and monitoring and control methodology; most importantly, ease of integration of the facility into their existing SCADA system.

 

CNC Engineers also works alongside many civil engineering firms designing a new facility by providing the instrumentation & controls and electrical engineering aspects while allowing a seamless integration of the new facility into the agency's existing SCADA system.

 

While we have worked with many of the reputable system integrators in California and elsewhere in the U.S., CNC Engineers is not affiliated with any one manufacturer, vendor, distributor or system supplier. This ensures that we aim to specify the right technology solution for our client's projects: "the product must fit the application." This results in an open architecture system, allowing the agency, subsequent to the initial system installation, to implement expansions and obtain system support and maintenance using a contractor of their choice.
